Is PeakGym available in English?
This website and your demo are in English. The dashboard and the member app are in Spanish today, which makes PeakGym a natural fit for gyms whose owners, staff or members prefer Spanish. If your gym needs the software in English, tell us before you sign up.
Does PeakGym work in the United States?
The software runs in any web browser and works in US dollars. Today our gyms are in Peru and Mexico, and we are starting in the US with a small group of gyms that get hands-on help with setup.
How much does PeakGym cost?
Plans start at US$ 42 a month per location. Your price depends on how many members you have and which features you use. Every plan includes the dashboard and expiration reminders, and the member app with your logo comes with the Basic plan and up.
Can PeakGym charge my members' cards automatically?
Not in the US yet. You keep your current card terminal or payment processor and record each payment in PeakGym, so every member's balance and expiration date stay up to date. The money goes to your own account and never passes through us.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can try PeakGym with your own gym before choosing a plan, without entering a card.
Can I import my members from Excel?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV file and all your members are loaded at once.
Do my members have to download an app?
They don't need an app store. They open the app on their phone from a link and can add it to their home screen.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PeakGym runs in the browser on your front-desk computer or your phone. Only some door readers need a small program on a computer at the gym.
Does it work with turnstiles and access control?
Yes. PeakGym works with ZKTeco readers for face, fingerprint and QR codes. The turnstile opens only if the member is current, and the reader uses the same signal as your front-desk button, so you can keep the turnstile you have. Face and fingerprint data are biometric data and some US states have specific rules, so use them only where allowed and with each member's consent.
What do the AI agents do?
Once you connect your number, the WhatsApp agent answers prices, hours and questions in Spanish at any time of day, and hands the chat to a person when needed. In the dashboard, Libra tells you who owes you money, whose membership is expiring and who stopped coming, and builds the list or report for you.
Does it include a CRM, point of sale and inventory?
Yes. A lead pipeline with WhatsApp campaigns, a point of sale with receipts, product inventory, and sales commissions for your team.
Does it work for gyms with several locations?
Yes. You manage every location from one account, each with its own front desk, team and reader, and you see the numbers together or location by location. Each location has its own plan.
Is it only for gyms?
No. It also fits CrossFit and functional boxes, pilates and yoga studios, dance academies, martial arts and boxing schools: memberships, class packs and class booking with limits.
Can members book classes from their phone?
Yes. They see your schedule in the app and reserve their spot. You set the limit for each class and see who is coming.
